1. Respect Everyone – No Abusive Behavior
Be kind and courteous. No hate speech and bullying will be tolerated. Please respect member’s privacy and opinions. No foul language and harassment of any kind is not allowed in the group.
2. Inf
ormational Resource Only
Official announcements, community events, lost and found, call to action, community highlights, news and crime, and emergency alerts will be posted. No selling, spam messages or chain letters allowed.
3. Share Accurate and Reliable Information
Police report is required on stolen items/crimes unless sharing an article from a reliable news source. Fact check before sharing or uploading posts as best as possible. No victim-shaming.
4. Politically Neutral Group
Positive news and remarkable accomplishments from members of the community may be highlighted but no campaigning allowed. Posts that are for (or against) political candidates will be removed.
5. No Political or Religious Topics
Any form of political or religious discussion is prohibited. No types of religious doctrines, extremist propaganda or anything that incites violence or vigilantism is allowed.
6. No Civil Cases
Family/Legal/Civil/Business disputes that are non-criminal in nature will be removed. This includes deals, landlord-tenant disputes, small property claims, and family and custodial cases.
7. No Link Baiting or Commercial Advertisements
This E-bulletin does not charge for its services. Commercial solicitation, advertising or embedding a link in posts that draw traffic to a private business group or site is not allowed.
8. Rules Will Be Enforced
Moderators and group administrator shall review posts and comments in this E-bulletin. Violators will be flagged and warned. Repeat offenders will be removed and banned from the group.
9. Maintenance and Sustainability
Moderators are reserved for current elected officials of Barangay Sayao only. The admin is a non-voting third party with technical capabilities and qualifications. The E-bulletin operates per the Memorandum of Agreement.
10. For the Benefit of Barangay Sayao, Sibonga
This E-bulletin platform is an opportunity to reach out to the community to help the residents of Barangay Sayao. Members agree to engage for the benefit of the community.
