As part of the joyous celebration of the Feast of Sta. Filomena Chapel, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Abugon proudly presents the Open Category Basketball and Volleyball Men’s League 2026 (15 Years Old and Above Category).

📌 TEAM COMPOSITION:
• Each team must be composed of a minimun of 15 players.

📌 LINE UP SUBMISSION:
• All lineups must be submitted on or before July 05, 2026.

• Only 8 Slots are available for both Volleyball & Basketball. Registration is on a “ First come, First Served ” basis.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
• Once the official Line-up has been submitted, No changes or replacements of players will be allowed.

• NO Varsity players are allowed to participate.

• NO Entrance Fee, NO PLAY.

• Teams must pay at least 50% down payment of the entrance fee.

• 4th Year Graduating Students
• Senior High School Graduates (S.Y. 2025–2026)

📋 Requirements:

🔹 For 4th Year Graduating Students:
• 2nd Semester 2025–2026 Study Load
• School ID (back-to-back) photocopy with 3 signatures
• PSA photocopy
• Application form with 1x1 picture attached

🔹 For Senior High School Graduates (S.Y. 2025–2026):
• Grade 12 Report Card Photocopy
• School ID (back-to-back) photocopy with 3 signatures
• PSA photocopy
• Application form with 1x1 picture attached
