A GLIMPSE OF THE 29TH IPRA COMMEMORATION 2026 !

A meaningful celebration of the culture, heritage, and unity of the Tri-People of Sibuco.

Our sincere thanks to the Barangay Officials, our National Government Agency partners, and the Drum and Lyre Corps of Sibuco, Lintangan, and Malayal National High Schools for their participation and support.

Special thanks also to all the employees of the Local Government Unit of Sibuco, under the leadership of our pinalangga na Municipal Mayor, Hon. Joel M. Ventura, with the support of the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Absar Caril, and to everyone who helped make this celebration a success.

Today | Poster Making Contest in Celebration of the IPRA Month

Creativity in every stroke, culture in every color! Celebrating and preserving the rich heritage, traditions, and identity of the Tri-People of Sibuco. ❤️

ANNOUNCEMENT 🥰

In relation to our upcoming activities for the 29th IPRA Commemoration, please be reminded of the following updates:

1. Poster-Making Contest

The Poster-Making Contest is rescheduled from October 10 to October 12, 2026. No. of participants is limited to 6 only.

Participants shall use 15 x 21 inches watercolor paper.

2. Pangalay and Gigal Competition

The number of participants will be limited to:

• 8 participants for Samah and Kolibugan
• 8 participants for Subanon

Participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

3. Cultural Dance Competition

The Cultural Dance Competition will be limited to 5 entries only.

Deadline for Submission of Entries:

• Poster-Making Contest: October 10, 2026
• Pangalay/Gigal and Cultural Dance Competition: October 12, 2026, or until all slots are filled

We encourage all interested participants and groups to submit their entries early to secure their slots.
