• Each participant or team may submit one (1) official entry only.

🎨 Theme:
The design must focus on local tourism, culture, heritage, and landmarks, highlighting the tagline:

Every design must include:

Submit entries in a high-resolution digital format, such as JPEG, PNG, or PDF.

📌 All participants are required to present a printed shirt or a physical sample/mock-up of their submitted design. The printed shirt sample must accurately represent the design submitted for the contest.

🏆 For winning entries: Participants must provide the editable source file in PSD, AI, or EPS format.

Every old photograph holds a story—a face we remember, a place that has changed, and a moment that time could never erase.

Join the 1𝒔𝒕 𝑺𝒊𝒃𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒏 𝑶𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒐 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 and let us travel back in time through photographs that capture the beauty, people, places, and memories of Sibulan.

𝑺𝒖𝒃𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒔:
1. Entry Limit: Participants may submit a maximum of three (3) entries, but only one entry can win.

2. Required Formats: Participants must submit:
- 16x20 inches blow-up image of the original photo.
- The Original Physical Photograph for authentication.
- A completely filled-out Official Entry Form (available at the Municipal Tourism Office).

3. Historical Context: Every entry must include a short narrative or description containing:
- The approximate or exact year the photo was taken.
- The location or specific barangay in Sibulan where it was taken.
- The identity of the people, landmarks, or event captured.
- The name of the original owner/photographer (if known).

4. Submission Venue: Hand-carry entries to the Sibulan Municipal Tourism Office
