๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ด๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
1. Entry Limit: Participants may submit a maximum of three (3) entries, but only one entry can win.
2. Required Formats: Participants must submit:
- 16x20 inches blow-up image of the original photo.
- The Original Physical Photograph for authentication.
- A completely filled-out Official Entry Form (available at the Municipal Tourism Office).
3. Historical Context: Every entry must include a short narrative or description containing:
- The approximate or exact year the photo was taken.
- The location or specific barangay in Sibulan where it was taken.
- The identity of the people, landmarks, or event captured.
- The name of the original owner/photographer (if known).
4. Submission Venue: Hand-carry entries to the Sibulan Municipal Tourism Office
