The initiative provided essential veterinary services to farmers and pet owners, including:
- Vitamin supplementation and deworming for livestock such as cattle, carabaos, and goats.
- Anti-rabies vaccination for dogs and cats to protect pets and prevent the spread of rabies within the community.

This activity underscores MAO Sibulan’s dedication to ensuring the health of animals that serve as vital sources of livelihood and companionship. By delivering these services free of charge, the office continues to support sustainable livestock production, enhance food security, and safeguard public health.

The Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) of Sibulan continues its commitment to promoting animal health and supporting the welfare of farmers and pet owners through the Free Animal Health Services Activity conducted on August 20, 2026, in Barangay Agan-an, Sibulan, Negros Oriental.

The activity provided essential animal health services to the community, including free vitamin supplementation and deworming for livestock such as cattle, carabaos, and goats. Anti-rabies vaccination was also administered to dogs and cats to help protect pets and prevent the spread of rabies in the community. 🐄🐃🐐🐕🐈

Sharing the joy of planting at SMILES! 🍆🍅

Last August 20, 2026, the Municipal Agriculture Office of Sibulan joined the SMILES Market Bazaar. Upon their request, we gave away free eggplant and tomato seedlings to over 60 interested employees. A huge thank you to the SMILES team for welcoming us and helping us grow a greener community! 🌱

The Municipal Agriculture Office – Sibulan (MAO), in partnership with the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA), successfully delivered over 1,500 coconut seednuts to coconut farmers in Barangay Enrique Villanueva on August 7, 2026. Following the delivery, the farmers immediately sowed the seednuts.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the MAO and GSO staff for their assistance during the delivery, with special thanks to the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) and PCA Technician Mr. John Leonard Calaycay for their valuable support.
