One Sigma Youth Association Fitness Gym Turn-Over Ceremony

Through the joint efforts of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Office No. 6, LGU-Sigma Capiz, under the administration of Hon. Dante Rizal A. Eslabon and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) managed by Mr. Constantine Y.Basas, the "Provision of Fitness Gym Equipment Project" worth PHP 1,000,000.00, was officially turned over to the One Sigma Youth Association.

The DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP) grant, located at Brgy. Pob. Norte, Sigma, Capiz directly benefits 22 local youth. It equips them with a sustainable business venture while fostering a culture of health and fitness in the municipality.

A big congratulations to the beneficiaries and sincere gratitude to everyone who made this turnover project a reality! 💪

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) headed by Mr. Constantine Y. Basas, PESO Manager of the Municipality of Sigma, under the progressive administration of Hon. Dante Rizal A. Eslabon, in partnership with PESO Capiz and Capiz State University Sigma Satellite College, successfully facilitated the “HIL-O-HANAY GRAND JOB FAIR 2026”.

A total of 16 employers from local and overseas participated, opening doors of opportunity for 223 registered applicants, 293 total no. of applicants interviewed, 230 applicants for further interview and 9 applicants Hired on the Spot, who took their first step toward a brighter future.
