As one of the farthest barangays in Silago, Barangay Katipunan faces unique challenges when it comes to quick emergency medical response and disaster transport. This initiative is part of the administration's continuous commitment to strengthening grassroots disaster risk reduction and management (DRRM) and ensuring that local communities have the necessary resources to respond to emergencies swiftly and efficiently. The significant event was also graced by the Vice Mayor, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Punong Barangays and LGU Employees.
