Tactics Group, PNPA Holds Faculty Orientation and Announces New Faculty Members for AY 2023-2024
Silang, Cavite - Today, Tactics Group, PNPA conducted its highly anticipated faculty orientation, featuring a distinguished lineup of speakers and an introduction of its non-academic term 1 faculty members for the academic year 2023-2024. The event was attended by esteemed faculty members, including PBGEN JAYSEN C DE GUZMAN, Commandant of Cadets, represented by PCOL ROMEO RUEL R BERANGO, the Assistant Commandant of Cadets.
The orientation kicked off with an opening remarks by PLTCOL ARNEL M ALMIÑE, the Acting Chief, Cadet Development Division (CDD). His insightful remarks set the tone for the day's activities, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and dedication to the institution's mission.
The introduction of the non-academic term 1 faculty members for the academic year 2023-2024 was conducted by PLTCOL RUSHEL T AGUSTIN. This part of the program allowed the faculty members to put faces to the names of their new colleagues, fostering camaraderie and establishing a sense of community within the institution.
Another highlight of the faculty orientation was the presentation of the non-academic curriculum by PLTCOL MOH SAINUL ABIDIN J ILUPA. The presentation provided valuable insights into the structure and content of the curriculum, highlighting areas of focus and future initiatives that are integral to the institution's academic success.
In a dynamic session, PEMS Josephine Avenido, the representative of the Finance Management Division (FMD), led a discussion on the honoraria of guest instructors. This important topic addressed compensation plans and protocols, ensuring fairness and transparency in the hiring and remuneration of guest instructors.
An open forum was also held, allowing faculty members to raise questions, share ideas, and engage in meaningful discussions. This interactive session encouraged a fruitful exchange of knowledge and experiences among the distinguished members of the institution.
As part of the day's activities, an announcement and dissemination session was conducted to ensure that vital information and updates reach all faculty members in a timely manner. This commitment to effective communication underscores the institution's focus on inclusivity and collaborative decision-making processes.
