Recognizing the sacrifices and contributions of our modern-day heroes — the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) — through programs and initiatives that provide assistance, support, and responsive public service for OFWs and their families.

Through the OFW Help Desk and inter-agency coordination, the City Government of Silay continues to strengthen efforts that promote care, protection, and community support for Silaynons working abroad.
