071326 | A day of recognition, leadership, and renewed commitment to public service.

DepEd SDO Silay City formally held the Installation Ceremony for the newly appointed education leaders: Rommel C. Fuentes as Chief of the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), Juliet P. Quezon, PhD as Chief of the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), and Genielee Dela Cruz on her promotion as Education Program Specialist II – Alternative Learning System (EPS II–ALS).

The ceremony was spearheaded by our Schools Division Superintendent, Salvador O. Ochavo Jr., EdD CESO V together with our Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, Ronie T. Tababa PhD and was further honored by the presence of Hon. Joedith C. Gallego, City Mayor of Silay City.

As these dedicated education leaders assume their new responsibilities, we extend our warmest congratulations and wish them continued wisdom, strength, and success as they lead initiatives that will further advance quality education for every Silaynong learner.

061126 // The School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD) gathered for its monthly "Chikahan", a meaningful platform for sharing updates, accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming initiatives across all sections.
Through open dialogue and collaborative discussions, each section provided valuable insights on ongoing programs and activities, fostering stronger coordination and teamwork toward achieving our common goals in delivering quality education and effective public service.

Together, we continue to build a culture of transparency, professionalism, and mutual support as we work hand in hand for the success of every learner and the continuous improvement of our schools.
