On 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 the Philippine Advent College Inc. Reserve Officers' Training Corps (PACI ROTC) Unit marked a significant milestone in its military training calendar by successfully conducting its annual Donning of Rank and Induction Ceremony. Held at the Doña Felomena Singuillo Gymnasium, Ramon Magsaysay, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte, the solemn event formally recognized the hard work, dedication, and leadership potential of the unit's cadet advancement pool. The ceremony served a dual purpose: celebrating the promotion of deserving 1st Class (1CL) and 2nd Class (2CL) cadets, and officially inducting them into their new, heightened roles of responsibility within the cadet corps. The atmosphere on the campus grounds was filled with pride as the cadet formation stood at strict attention, showcasing the high standards of military discipline instilled by the department. A central highlight of the day was the donning of ranks, a deeply meaningful military tradition. Following the pinning, the newly promoted cadet officers took a solemn oath of office, pledging to execute their duties with absolute integrity, loyalty, and dedication.

The seamless ex*****on of the event was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the unit leadership, and training NCO's. With the vital guidance of 𝟮𝗟𝗧 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗝𝗢𝗛𝗡 𝗔 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗔 (𝗥𝗘𝗦), Assistant Commandant, and 𝐒𝐬𝐠 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐓 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐥 (𝐈𝐧𝐟) 𝐏𝐀, alongside the invaluable cooperation of 𝗠𝗿. The ceremony was further elevated by the presence of 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐋𝐔𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐀 𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐁𝐔𝐄𝐍𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. In her inspiring keynote address, 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐋𝐔𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐀 𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐁𝐔𝐄𝐍𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) spoke directly to the core values of service and accountability. She reminded the newly inducted leaders that higher rank inherently demands greater humility and a profound commitment to the welfare of those they command. Ultimately, the activity concluded as a resounding success, setting a motivated and disciplined tone for the upcoming training year. By seamlessly executing the transition of power and responsibility, the Philippine Advent College ROTC Unit effectively solidified its leadership structure. Armed with new insignia and guided by the impactful words of 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐋𝐔𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐀 𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐁𝐔𝐄𝐍𝐀 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐄𝐒), the newly promoted 1CL and 2CL cadet officers are now fully prepared to lead the corps with distinction, honor, and an unwavering sense of duty.
