The Siari Fire Sub-Station (Shift B), led by SFO1 Nolly P. Cernal and under the supervision of SFO1 Lennie A Vilan, Office Caretaker of Sindangan Central Fire Station, provided immediate assistance to a walk-in individual seeking medical aid for a laceration on the top of his head sustained when a piece of 2x3-inch lumber accidentally fell from the ceiling and struck him. Duty personnel promptly administered appropriate first aid.

Siari FSS in Public Safety Youth Ambassador Workshop

In support of strengthening community engagement and promoting public safety awareness among the youth, the Bureau of Fire Protection – Siari Fire Sub-Station headed by SFO1 Nolly P Cernal, Acting Sub-Station Commander, actively participated in the Public Safety Youth Ambassador Workshop.

The activity aimed to enhance the youth’s understanding of the roles and responsibilities of public safety agencies, including the BFP, BJMP, and PNP, while promoting awareness on crime prevention, fire safety, disaster preparedness, emergency response, responsible social media use, leadership, and values formation.

Through collaborative efforts with schools, government agencies, and community stakeholders, the workshop encouraged youth participation and empowered young ambassadors to become advocates of safety, responsibility, and community service.

Tree Planting Activity

BFP personnel of Siari Fire Sub- Station headed by SFO1 Nolly P Cernal, Acting Sub- Station Commander, participated a tree planting activity at Brgy Siari, Sindangan, ZDN. The activity aims to help restore ecosystems, strengthen natural defenses, and promote environmental awareness among the community.
This initiative highlights the dedication of BFP personnel not only in ensuring fire safety and emergency response, but also in supporting programs that contribute to environmental sustainability and disaster risk reduction. The Siari Fire Sub Station remains committed to working hand in hand with partner agencies.stakeholders and the community in protecting both lives and the environment.

The initiative led by CCTF Commandant BGEN GERARDO M ZAMUDIO JR (MNSA) alongside with Regional Commandant Allan E Lagumbay.

The activity participated by MENRO, BFP, PNP, PA, LGU, DepEd, PAO, SPTA, SKF, Philippine Reserve PPA, Brgy Officials, Socio Civic Organizations and private establishments.

Together, we plant today to protect our tomorrow. Let's keep our environment green and resilient.
