>TROPICAL CYCLONE OUTSIDE PAR AS OF 3:00 PM, 21 AUGUST 2026.
>SEVERE TROPICAL STORM SAUDEL (2618)
>Forecast Weather Conditions:
>>Ilocos Region, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Batanes, and Cagayan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by southwest monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
>>Metro Manila, the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by southwest monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
>>The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
>Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions:
>>Moderate to strong winds from southwest will prevail over the northern and western section of Luzon. Coastal waters will be moderate to rough / (1.5 to 3.4 meters).
>>Light to moderate winds from south to southwest will prevail over the rest of the country. Coastal waters will be light to moderate / (0.6 to 2.1 meters)
