IN PHOTOS || 1000H – A walk-in patient arrived at the station seeking medical assistance for an abrasion on the left toe sustained in a motorcycle accident. The patient reported that while riding home, his motorcycle slid, causing him to fall and sustain the injury. The patient was assisted into a comfortable position, and a thorough physical assessment was conducted. First aid was provided by cleansing the abrasion with an antiseptic solution, removing visible dirt and contaminants, and applying a sterile dressing to the affected area to help prevent infection.Vital signs were recorded as follows: BP 130/90; PR 90; RR 24; SpO₂ 98%; T 37.2°C.The patient refused transport to the nearest medical facility for further medical evaluation and management.The patient was assessed as stable and opted to go home.
