Before this day ends, we pause to honor and celebrate our beloved College President, Rev. Fr. Radny T. Bayog, PhD, on his 𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲.

In just five months of your leadership, you have shown us what a true shepherd is — one who listens, guides with humility, and leads with a heart rooted in faith and service. Your quiet strength and genuine care continue to touch and inspire the entire Cabarrus Catholic College family.

May God bless you with more years of grace, wisdom, and fulfillment in your priestly journey. Thank you, Father, for being a living reminder of God’s love in our midst.

𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐮𝐱

Every October 1, we honor St. Therese of Lisieux, also known as the “Little Flower.” Her feast reminds us of the beauty of living with a childlike faith, trusting God in small and ordinary ways. October is also the month of the Holy Rosary, and this celebration encourages us to deepen our devotion and reflect on how prayer strengthens our daily lives.

The importance of this feast lies in how St. Therese teaches us that holiness is not only found in great deeds, but also in the little acts of love we do each day. She believed that even the smallest kindness offered with love has eternal value. For students, workers, and families, her example shows that we don’t need extraordinary circumstances to draw closer to God.

She once said, “𝘔𝘺 𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘴 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦.”, meaning that love is the center of her life’s purpose, and it is what gives meaning to everything she does.

As we celebrate her feast, may we be inspired to live with simplicity, humility, and love, making every little moment a path toward God.

We experienced an earthquake tonight at around 10:00 PM. Let’s all be reminded of what to do during an earthquake to stay safe:

📍 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗣, 𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗢𝗡 – Get down low, take cover under sturdy furniture, and hold on until shaking stops.
📍 Stay indoors – Do not rush outside while the ground is shaking.
📍 Stay away from windows, mirrors, and heavy objects that may fall.
📍If outdoors, move to an open area away from buildings, trees, and power lines.
📍If driving, stop safely, stay inside your vehicle, and avoid overpasses, bridges, and power lines.

As per the announcement of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sipalay, face-to-face classes for all students are suspended today, September 25, 2025, and tomorrow, September 26, 2025 due to the inclement weather brought by the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Typhoon Opong.

As we continue to enrich our minds academically, let us also be mindful of our rights as human beings. Through Program Ligtas, a joint initiative of the Student Discipline Office, Guidance Office, and the Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office, we aim to equip you with important information about your rights—particularly in protecting yourself from bullying, sexual harassment, physical harassment, and data privacy violations.

To further encourage awareness and expression, we have set up a Freedom Wall outside the Guidance Office where you can share your thoughts and inspirational messages. Pamphlets are also available beside the guardhouse—feel free to take one and learn more about your rights.

Together, let’s make our school a safe and supportive space for everyone.
