Today, SIMUGEA turned commitment into action. This morning, the Sipocot Municipal Government Employees’ Association (SIMUGEA) formally entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Local Government Unit of Sipocot, represented by Mayor Tomas A. Bocago, strengthening a shared commitment to disaster preparedness, emergency response, and community resilience.

This partnership reflects the collective dedication of the LGU and SIMUGEA to protecting lives through unity, cooperation, and proactive public service. Together, this milestone reinforces a common vision of building a safer, stronger, and more disaster resilient Sipocot, where service goes beyond duty and every employee becomes a partner in safeguarding the community.
