𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡-𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗞 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦

Last August 16, 2026, at the Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall, Sipocot, Camarines Sur, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer VI, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗔. 𝗟𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘇, conducted an orientation on the 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻-𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗞 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀.

The orientation provided valuable guidance on the proper procedures, documentation, responsibilities, and preparations necessary to ensure a proper and seamless turnover of SK records, properties, programs, and responsibilities.

The SK Federation of Sipocot sincerely thanks 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗔. 𝗟𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘇 for sharing his knowledge and guidance with our SK officials. Your insights will help us ensure that the transition is conducted with transparency, accountability, and in accordance with proper procedures.

As we move forward, the 𝗦𝗞 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗼𝘁 looks forward to a 𝘀𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and the 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻-𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿, ensuring that the work, records, and responsibilities of the Sangguniang Kabataan continue to move forward for the youth of Sipocot.

Isang tagumpay para sa Sipocot! ❤️ Ang pagkilalang ito ay bunga ng sama-samang pagkilos at mga programang isinusulong ng mga kabataang Sipocoteño.

Sa pagdiriwang ng 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲, patunay ito na ang boses, sipag, at mga inisyatiba ng kabataan ay may tunay na ambag sa pag-unlad ng ating bayan. The SK Municipal Federation of Sipocot is sharing the attendance record for the 9th to 16th Regular Meetings, covering May 2025 to July 2026.

Regular Federation meetings remain an essential platform for discussing policies, monitoring ongoing programs, addressing concerns of the youth sector, and making collective decisions that strengthen youth governance in the Municipality of Sipocot. Through active participation, every barangay is given the opportunity to contribute to meaningful discussions and initiatives for the welfare of our fellow youth.
