“One-day Inter-Sitio Basketball Exhibition”
In celebration of our beloved fiesta, we’re inviting everyone to join and support our One-day Inter-Sitio Basketball Exhibition ~ a showcase of skill, strength, and unity from every Sitio!
🗓️ When: May 5, 2026 |3:00 pm
📍 Where: Sta. Cruz Plaza
🏀 Who: All Sitios of Tula-tula (representative)

📌 TOURNAMENT RULES AND MECHANICS
FIBA rules will be applied with modifications for fiesta/exhibition play.
Games will be officiated by licensed referees from the municipal sports office.
Tournament committee decision is final on all disputes not covered by rules.
📌 TEAM COMPOSITION
🏀 1 Sitio = 1 Team only
✅ FREE registration
👥 10–15 players per team
📍 Must be residents of Sitio Bamban, Sta. Cruz, Nabua, or Centro Tula-Tula only. Only two imports are allowed.
📌 TOURNAMENT FORMAT
⚡ Single-Elimination only — one loss and you’re out!
🎲 Game matchups via drawing of lots before tip-off
🏆 Win to advance until the championship game
📌 GAME RULES
⏱️ 4 quarters x 8 mins running time
☕ 5-min halftime break
⏸️ 30-min rest before the finals
🔁 Tie = 5-min overtime until we have a winner
📖 Standard basketball rules apply
📌 PLAYER CONDUCT
🤝 Sportsmanship first, always
🚫 PLAYERS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY OR SIT ON THE BENCH .
🟥 Fighting, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disrespect toward officials may result in technical fouls, disqualification, or team forfeiture.
⚖️ Referee + committee decision is FINAL
📌 UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
👕 Wear proper basketball attire or same-color jerseys
👟 Bring your own shoes & gear
❗ No complete uniform = play at your own risk
📌 DEFAULT & FORFEITURE
⏰ Be at the court 15 mins before your game
📢 10-min grace period only after call time
❌ No show = automatic forfeit
📌 AWARDS
🏆 Champion: ₱2,000
🥈 Runner-Up: ₱1,000
⭐ MVP/Best Player: depends on solicitations
