Personnel of the 905th Maneuver Company, RMFB9, under the leadership of PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, underwent an inspection conducted by the Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Internal Affairs Service (ZNPIAS), led by PLTCOL WILSON Y BANTAYANON.

The inspection covered the company’s SAR equipment, personnel records and issued fi****ms as well as compliance with prescribed uniform standards under the PNP “Tamang Bihis” policy. Afterwards, PLTCOL WILSON Y BANTAYANON conducted a lecture on the causes and consequences of suspension, demotion, and dismissal from the service, including other relevant administrative matters.
The activity reinforced discipline, accountability, professionalism, and compliance with PNP policies and regulations.

STRENGTHENING PEACE AND ORDER THROUGH UNITY AND COORDINATION

The 905th Maneuver Company, RMFB 9, under the leadership of PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, together with PCPT BRYAN L CULIS, Chief of Police of Siocon, personnel from the 97th Infantry Battalion, and the Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), responded to the meeting called by Hon. Ceasar C. Soriano, Municipal Mayor of Siocon.

The meeting focused on peace and order, public safety, and strengthened inter-agency coordination to address security concerns and promote a safer and more peaceful community.

Together, through unity and cooperation, we strengthen peace, security, and public safety for all.

Personnel of the 905th MC RMFB9, led by PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, conducted barangay visitation and participated the barangay pulong-pulong at Barangay Piña, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte, in coordination with the Sirawai Municipal Police Station (MPS) and together with the barangay Captain headed by Hon. Ajar Lumihis.

Following the activity, PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, conducted a dialogue about National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW), emphasizing the importance of community involvement and cooperation in preventing crime and maintaining peace and order in the community.
Afterwards, personnel of the 905th MC participated in the distribution of relief packs to senior citizens of the barangay as part of the unit’s continuing commitment to public service and community engagement.
Before the conclusion of the activity, personnel of the Sirawai MPS, headed by PSSg Duron, conducted a proper handcuffing demonstration for the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) to enhance their knowledge and skills in the safe and proper use of handcuffs when necessary.

Personnel of the 905th Maneuver Company, RMFB9, led by PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, actively participated in a coordination meeting with the Principal of Bitugan Elementary School, Mr. Rolly N. Marfil, in collaboration with the Barangay Captain of Bitugan, Hon. Hadjer A. Lumiguis, the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT), and personnel of the Sirawai Municipal Police Station (MPS).

Following the coordination meeting, PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, conducted an information and awareness lecture on the National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW) for the Grade 6 students of Bitugan Elementary School. The lecture emphasized the importance of crime prevention, personal safety, discipline, responsible citizenship, and the active participation of students and the community in maintaining a safe and peaceful environment.
The activity aimed to strengthen collaboration among the police, school authorities, barangay officials, and the community while empowering young learners to become responsible, vigilant, and crime-prevention-conscious members of society.

Personnel of the 905th Maneuver Company, RMFB9, led by PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, conducted a courtesy call with Hon. Janihim P. Aljazar, Municipal Mayor of Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte.

During the courtesy call, matters concerning the governance, peace and order, and public safety of the municipality were discussed.

Personnel of the 905th MC RMFB9, led by PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD, Officer-in-Charge, actively participated in the Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Municipality of Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte.

Following the ceremony, PCPT LOUIE N DUHAYLUNGSOD conducted a dialogue on the National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW), emphasizing the importance of collective efforts in preventing crime and maintaining peace and order within the community. He discussed the vital role of the PNP, local government units, community leaders, and residents in identifying and addressing factors that may contribute to criminal activities.
The dialogue also highlighted the importance of community awareness, vigilance, responsible reporting, and active participation in crime prevention initiatives.

The activity served as an avenue to strengthen the partnership between the PNP and the community, while encouraging everyone to take an active role in creating a safer, more peaceful, and crime-resilient Municipality of Sirawai.

Personnel of this company conducted police operational activities as part of the unit's commitment to the Enhanced Management of Police Operations (EMPO). This initiative aims to strengthen operational efficiency, ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures, and promote professional, intelligence-driven, and community-oriented policing.
Through enhanced operational management, personnel maintained a high state of operational readiness by conducting regular patrols, checkpoints, police visibility operations, and law enforcement activities in areas of responsibility.
