Linggo ng Kabataan 2026

1. Eligibility
• Open to all residents and registered voter of the Barangay.
• Candidates must be 15-25 years old on or before the date of the pageant (or as determined by the organizers).
• Must be of good moral character.
• Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of the title.
• Must be officially endorsed by their barangay, school, or organization (if applicable).

2. General Rules
• Each barangay may field any one (1) male or one (1) female candidate.
• Candidates must attend all rehearsals, orientations, and official activities.
• Wearing the official pageant attire during rehearsals and official events is mandatory.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, bullying, or disrespect toward organizers, judges, fellow candidates, or the audience may result in disqualification.
• The organizers reserve the right to interpret and enforce all rules.
- The vast majority of pageants are open to "rookies" or first-time competitors. Pageants actively welcome new applicants who have never held a crown before.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Artacho invites all youth and residents to join the COLOR FUN RUN in celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026! 🎉

Rules and Regulations

Purpose:
The Color Fun Run aims to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, unity, and an active lifestyle among the youth of Barangay Artacho as part of the Linggo ng Kabataan Celebration 2026.

General Rules
1. The Color Fun Run is open to all Residents and Boarders of Barangay Artacho.
2. All participants must complete the registration process.
3. Participants below eighteen (18) years old must submit a signed Parent/Guardian Consent Form.
4. Participants must attend the pre-event briefing before the start of the race.
5. Every participant must wear the official race bib provided by the organizers throughout the event.
6. Participants are encouraged to wear a white or light-colored shirt to maximize the Color Fun Run experience.
7. Comfortable running shoes are required. Running barefoot, wearing slippers, sandals, or high-heeled footwear is strictly prohibited.

Race Rules
8. Participants must follow the designated race route and obey the instructions of race marshals and event officials.
9. Walking, jogging, or running is allowed. Participants are encouraged to enjoy the event safely.
10. Cutting the race course, taking shortcuts, or receiving unauthorized assistance is prohibited.
11. Pushing, shoving, blocking, or displaying unsportsmanlike behavior toward other participants is strictly prohibited.
12. Participants must respect fellow runners, volunteers, spectators, and event staff at all times.
Color Powder Guidelines
13. Only the colored powder provided by the organizers shall be used during the event.
14. The color powder used is non-toxic and environmentally friendly; however, participants with asthma, allergies, or respiratory conditions should take necessary precautions.
15. Participants should avoid intentionally throwing powder directly into another person's eyes, nose, or mouth.
16. Wearing sunglasses, face masks, or protective eyewear is highly encouraged.

Safety Guidelines
17. Medical personnel and first aid stations will be available throughout the event.
18. Participants who feel dizzy, injured, or unwell should immediately inform the nearest marshal or medical volunteer.
19. Participants are encouraged to stay hydrated before, during, and after the run.
20. Children should remain under the supervision of their parents or guardians whenever possible.
Environmental Responsibility
21. Participants must dispose of trash properly and help keep the venue clean.
22. Damaging public or private property during the event is strictly prohibited.

Organizer's Authority
23. The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel the event in case of severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances affecting participant safety.
24. Participants who violate these rules or engage in misconduct may be disqualified or removed from the event.
25. By participating in the Color Fun Run, participants agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Artacho for documentation and promotional purposes.

Reminder
The Color Fun Run is a community activity that promotes health, friendship, and unity. Winning is secondary—the true goal is to have fun, stay active, and celebrate Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 together in a safe and respectful environment. Event safety practices such as pre-race briefings, designated routes, hydration stations, and the use of non-toxic color powder are commonly recommended for community fun runs and this color fun run is FREE for all residents and boarders of Barangay Artacho.

2. Each participant is allowed to submit one (1) original infographic only.
3. Members of the SK Organizing Committee, Board of Judges, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Mechanics
1. Participants shall create an original digital infographic based on the official theme:
"Different Contexts, Common Aspirations”
2. The infographic must:
o Be original and created solely by the participant.
o Not have been previously published or submitted to any other competition.
o Contain factual, relevant, and accurate information.
3. Entries may be created using any digital design application (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar software).
4. AI-generated artwork is not allowed. Participants may use design software for layout and editing, but all concepts, illustrations, and written content must be their own original work.
5. Entries must be submitted in JPEG or PNG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
6. Recommended size: 1080 × 1350 pixels (Portrait) or A4 size.
7. Entries containing offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate content shall be automatically disqualified.

Submission Guidelines
1. Submit the completed infographic through the official SK Artacho submission link or page.
2. Participants must provide the following details:

General Provisions

2. The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Artacho reserves the right to publish, display, reproduce, and use all submitted entries for educational, promotional, and future SK activities with proper acknowledgment of the creator.
3. The decision of the Board of Judges shall be final and irrevocable.
4. The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules when necessary to ensure the orderly and fair conduct of the contest.
No Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
1. All entries must be the participant's original work.
2. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or platforms to generate images, illustrations, graphics, layouts, or written content is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, ChatGPT (for content generation), DALL•E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Microsoft Designer, Canva Magic Design, Gemini, Copilot, and similar AI-powered applications.
3. Participants may use standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva without AI features, CorelDRAW, or similar programs) solely as design tools. However, all concepts, artwork, illustrations, icons, and written content must be created by the participant.
4. The organizing committee reserves the right to request editable source files (e.g., PSD, AI, Canva project, or equivalent) or proof of the design process to verify the originality of any entry.
5. Any entry found to have used AI-generated content, in whole or in part, or found to be plagiarized, shall be automatically disqualified, even after the winners have been announced.
6. By submitting an entry, participants affirm that the infographic is entirely their own original creation and complies with all contest rules.

The infographic should creatively illustrate how young people can use technology, innovation, collaboration, and partnerships to build stronger communities, promote sustainable development, and contribute to positive social change.

Contest Rules

I. Objective
The TikTok Vlog Video Contest aims to encourage the youth of Barangay Artacho to showcase their creativity, digital storytelling skills, and understanding of this year's Linggo ng Kabataan theme. Participants are encouraged to inspire positive action by highlighting how young people can use technology and partnerships to build stronger communities.

II. Eligibility
1. The contest is open to all registered youth residents of Barangay Artacho, aged 15–35 years old.
2. Participants may join individually only.
3. Each participant is allowed to submit one (1) entry only.
4. Members of the Organizing Committee and Board of Judges, including their immediate family members, are not allowed to participate.

III. Contest Mechanics
1. Participants shall create an original TikTok vlog based on the theme: “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations.”
2. The video must:
o Be 60 seconds to 3 minutes long.
o Be in vertical (9:16) format.
o Be appropriate for all audiences.
o Use either Filipino, English, or the local dialect.
3. Entries may include interviews, storytelling, demonstrations, community initiatives, or creative presentations related to the theme.
4. Participants may use music, provided it is copyright-free or available in TikTok's licensed music library.
5. Videos containing offensive language, discrimination, violence, political campaigning, or inappropriate content will be automatically disqualified.
6. The entry must be the participant's own original work.

IV. Submission of Entries
1. Participants must submit one (1) original TikTok vlog video to the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Artacho Organizing Committee on or before the announced deadline.
Entries shall be submitted by providing:
2. A copy of the video file (MP4 format); or A downloadable Google Drive link or other approved digital storage link.

3. Participants shall also provide the following information upon submission:

4. Participants are not required to upload the video on their personal TikTok accounts.
All qualified entries will be officially uploaded and posted exclusively on the official SK Artacho TikTok and/or page by the Sangguniang Kabataan Organizing Committee.

5. The Organizing Committee shall determine the order and schedule of posting.
Once posted, participants are encouraged to share the official post to gather reactions and promote their entry.

6. Entries submitted after the official deadline or those that fail to comply with the contest requirements shall not be accepted.
