One Barangay. One Voice. One Goal: A Drug-Free Community.
In celebration of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) 2026, Barangay San Pablo successfully conducted a series of meaningful activities that strengthened awareness, creativity, and community participation in the fight against illegal drugs.
The celebration featured an Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaign on the prevention of illegal drugs, led by our dedicated personnel from the Sison Municipal Police Station (Sison MPS), who served as our resource speaker and shared valuable knowledge on the dangers of illegal drug use and the importance of community involvement in maintaining peace and order.
The event was further graced by the presence and support of Mr. Archie Val L. Madamba, LPT, MADAC Focal Person/HRMO; Ms. Miguela D. Ompoy, LPT, Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer (MDRRMO); and Ms. Ruby Ann P. Esperanza, RAgr, Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer (MENRO), whose participation made the celebration even more meaningful.
Participants also showcased their talents and environmental responsibility through the Poster Making Contest and the Recycled Booth Decoration Contest, proving that creativity and collaboration are powerful tools in promoting a healthier, safer, and more sustainable community.
Together, we continue to stand united in saying NO to illegal drugs and YES to a brighter, safer, and drug-free future.
The evidence is clear: Invest in prevention. Break the cycle. .
