No travel authority and medical certificate needed, but new or returning contract workers to Sison coming from outside Pangasinan are required to present health clearance and negative RT-PCR test from point of origin to the Sison Municipal Health Officer before they can be permitted to proceed to barracks/ workplace in the municipality.

AN ORDER AMENDING THE
EXTENSION OF THE EXTREME ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE FROM APRIL 21 TO APRIL 30, 2020

After registering three new confirmed COVID-19 cases yesterday, April 15, 2020, and upon the recommendation of the Crisis Management Team in meeting held on even date,
EO No. 0019-2020 is hereby amended insofar as the date extension only. All other provisions of the said EO remains in force.

Accordingly, the ongoing Extreme Enhanced Community Quarantine within the Province shall be effective until midnight of April 30, 2020.
