𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐊𝐀𝐒𝐘𝐎𝐍: 𝐒𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐁𝐀𝐁𝐀𝐆𝐎 𝐀𝐓 𝐁𝐀𝐆𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐀

Sogod District Jail, under the direct supervision of 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐅 𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐍, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, 𝐉𝐃, Regional Director of BJMPRO VIII, and the leadership of 𝐒𝐉𝐎𝟒 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐁 𝐀𝐛𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚, Acting Jail Warden, conducted Values Restoration Program for personnel with the topic "𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐘."

Empathy is the foundational bridge that turns abstract values into genuine, people-centered conduct. It is not just "being nice" — it is a professional competency that restores integrity, trust, and moral purpose.
