The session was presided over by the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Noel E. Alinsub and was attended by local officials, government agencies, and barangay leaders to discuss programs and initiatives that support the successful reintegration of former Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) into society. Participants actively shared insights, recommendations, and commitments to help ensure the effective implementation of the proposed ordinance and promote inclusive and sustainable community development.

The activity aimed to inspect jail premises for the presence of prohibited items and other contraband that may compromise the peace and security of the facility. The operation was carried out in an organized and peaceful manner, reflecting the strong partnership and commitment of both agencies in promoting a safe, secure, and humane jail environment.
