BAYANIHANG BULILIT

June 2, 2026

The Parents and Guardians of the Juan Child Development Center successfully conducted Bayanihang Bulilit, a simple form of Brigada Eskwela dedicated to preparing a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment for the young learners of Barangay Juan.

The activity was led by Child Development Worker Mrs. Edelyn Margarita Curameng, with the active participation and support of parents and guardians.

This initiative reflects the spirit of bayanihan and the community’s shared commitment to early childhood education, ensuring that our little learners are provided with a nurturing and conducive place for learning and development.

Together, we continue to invest in the future of our children through unity, volunteerism and community support. 📚🏫✨

BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026

Today, the Barangay Officials and Functionaries of Barangay Juan actively participated in the Brigada Eskwela conducted at Solsona Central Elementary School (Gabaldon) as part of the barangay’s continuing commitment and support to the school community.

This initiative reflects the shared responsibility of the barangay in helping provide a clean, safe and conducive learning environment for learners and educators alike.

Through cooperation, volunteerism, and community partnership, we continue to strengthen our commitment to education and the welfare of our students. 📚🏫

May 30, 2026 – Barangay Officials and Functionaries of Barangay Juan, together with the constituents of Sitio Nadsaag and Sitio Cadaanan, actively participated in the Barangay Kalinisan Day.

SECOND REGULAR SESSION & BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL MEETING

MAY 17, 2026 | Barangay Juan, Solsona, Ilocos Norte

The Sangguniang Barangay of Juan successfully conducted its Second Regular Session for the month of May together with the Barangay Development Council (BDC) Meeting, headed by Punong Barangay Earl Joker A. Ganal.

During the meeting, the members of the Barangay Development Council discussed and deliberated on plans, programs and priorities concerning the Barangay Development Plan (BDP) and other development initiatives of Barangay Juan aimed at promoting progress and better public service for the community.

The Barangay Government of Juan remains committed to participatory governance, transparency and sustainable development for the welfare of its constituents.

BARANGAY ROAD CLEARING OPERATIONS | BARANGAY KALINISAN DAY

The Officials and Functionaries of Barangay Juan successfully concluded the joint Barangay Road Clearing Operations and Barangay Kalinisan Day conducted today, March 16, 2025, along Antonio Ganal Street, Sitio Dos and within the premises of Solsona Central Elementary School (GABALDON)

This activity reflects the barangay’s continued commitment to cleanliness, environmental protection and maintaining safe and orderly public spaces for the benefit of the community.

Through unity, cooperation, and volunteerism, we continue to promote a cleaner, greener and more progressive Barangay Juan. 🌿🚧

The Barangay Government of Juan, headed by Hon. Earl Joker A. Ganal, Punong Barangay, expresses its sincerest gratitude for the Plaque of Appreciation awarded by Solsona Central Elementary School headed by the School Principal Mr. Reymart Jay Ballesteros.
