National Child Development Center (NCDC)
The NCDC is the community-based flagship program of the Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) Council in the Philippines. It provides integrated health, nutrition, early education, and social services for children up to four years old.
Programs and services offered include:
Early Learning Programs (ELP):
✅️Infant-Toddler Early Development (ITED) Program: A one-hour, once-a-week session for children ages 0 to 2.5 years old, implemented by parents/caregivers with guidance from child development teachers.
✅️Pre-Kindergarten 1 (Pre-K1): Daily classes for children ages 2.5 to 3.11 years old.
✅️Pre-Kindergarten 2 (Pre-K2): Daily classes for children ages 4 to 4.11 years old.
