As we close the SK Balogo East Inter-Purok Basketball League Season 2, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who made this journey possible. To our dedicated players, hardworking coaches, and committed officiating officials from SBP-PBWRO, thank you for your unwavering support and professionalism. To our barangay council and BHERT, we truly appreciate your constant presence and your readiness to assist our players during emergencies. We also thank Mr. Jake Benosa of Hydro St. Purified Water Refilling Station, located in Mahingan, Balogo, Sorsogon City, for your all-out support in providing water and a water dispenser throughout the league. Your generosity kept our players hydrated and energized, and we cannot thank you enough. To everyone looking for clean, refreshing, and reliable drinking water, HYDRO Street Purified Water Refilling Station is the place to go. A huge salute as well to our youth volunteers who have been with us from the very beginning until the final buzzer, you are the heart of this event. Our sincere thanks also go to Balogo Elementary School for allowing us to use their multi-purpose gym as our home court throughout the league.

We acknowledge that there were imperfections and challenges this year, many of which were beyond our control, but we strived to ensure that the games continued for our community. Because this league is not just about basketball, it is about unity, sportsmanship, and the spirit that brings every purok together. Let us all be happy in each other’s success as we celebrate the players who gave their best. Basketball isn’t only about scoring points; it’s about effort, teamwork, and the heart you bring to every game, and we applaud all of you for showing that every night on the court.

We also want to apologize for any inconsistencies along the way. We did our best with what we had, and although we wish we had our own venue to organize things more smoothly, we hope you still felt the love and dedication behind every match. Unfortunately, because we do not have a stable gym to use, we won’t be able to hold another league next year. Still, we remain hopeful that the next SK Council will overcome the challenges we faced, and we sincerely wish them success in continuing what we started. Let us all choose kindness, avoid adding to others’ burdens, and continue supporting one another as a community.

Thank you endlessly for your support. Don’t stop playing—your potential is undeniable, and we are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. ❤️🏀
