As of 8:00 PM today, 3 September 2026, โ€œSAUDELโ€ (formerly โ€œOBETโ€) is being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has weakened into a Tropical Depression.

Meanwhile, Low Pressure Area (LPA 09a) is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and has intensified into a Tropical Depression.

Additionally, Tropical Storm "KROVANH" (formerly "PILANDOK") has exited the monitoring domain of PAGASA. However, it is still being closely monitored for the possibility of re-entry into the monitoring domain in the coming days.

All are advised to monitor updates from PAGASA-DOST.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm โ€œPILANDOKโ€ and Tropical Storm โ€œSAUDELโ€ (formerly โ€œOBETโ€) are being monitored OUTSIDE the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Additionally, a Low Pressure area (LPA 09a) is also being monitored OUTSIDE the PAR and has a "MEDIUM" potential of developing into tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
