To strengthen the readiness of the responders at the time of the emergency call. The Mdrrmo Juban Quick Emergency Response Team (JQERT) conducted a 5-days Ambulance Management and Crash Vehicle Extrication and Rescue Training and facilitated by the SPDRRMO PDERG training team.

This training aimed to enhance the team's readiness and efficiency in responding to emergencies requiring vehicle extrication and other related scenarios.

This training studied Practical Application on Vehicle Stabilization and Extrication Techniques, Familiarization and Application of hydraulic tools and equipment, Proper carrying for the patients and extrication techniques, Vital signs taking, Mechanism of ambulance stretcher and familiarization of ambulance equipments.

The training ends in the final simulation exercise and emergency response scenarios.

The responding SPDRRMO Extension Office personnel (Charlie) immediately gave pre-hospital management care to the two patients, transported and properly endorsed to Irosin District Hospital for higher medical attention.

Immediate emergency trauma response to a reported motorcycle crash incident at Barangay Pange, Matnog, Sorsogon at 10:44 in the evening of December 11, 2025 with one male young adult patient. The patient sustained minor injuries. SPDRRMO Ext. responding personnel rendered pre-hospital patient management care, checked the patient's vital signs, transported and properly endorsed the patient to Irosin District Hospital for higher medical attention.
