𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼, 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗣𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗖) 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at the 𝗗𝗧𝗜 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, with active participation from member agencies and private sector representatives.

The session was presided over by Provincial Director Malou Pancho, who led the discussion on MSME initiatives, updates, challenges, and opportunities. Member agencies presented their respective programs and projects, highlighting ongoing efforts to address the needs of local entrepreneurs, particularly in the areas of capacity-building, financing, and market access.

Key issues and concerns affecting MSMEs were thoroughly discussed, and collaborative solutions were proposed, further strengthening cooperation among Council members.

The meeting underscored the importance of strong collaboration among government agencies, financial institutions, and the private sector in enhancing MSME competitiveness through coordinated efforts under the Council.

It also served as a vital platform for aligning strategies, sharing resources and information, and identifying opportunities that support the continued growth and development of MSMEs in the Province of Sorsogon.

By the end of the session, members reaffirmed their commitment to supporting MSMEs through strengthened partnerships and coordinated programs to ensure that local entrepreneurs continue to thrive and contribute to the economic progress of Sorsogon.
