Blanco from Barangay Itaw, South Upi, Maguindanao del Sur as he receives cash assistance for his Internship in Japan as one of the officially accepted for the "Young Filipino Farm Leaders Training Program in Japan (YFFLTP)" Batch 2026.

This initiative aims to empower emerging young agricultural leaders with global knowledge and skills to advance local farming sectors.
