🎉 Happy Retirement, Mr. Rolando L. Arada! 🎉

The Local Government Unit of Subic extends its heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Rolando L. Arada, Administrative Aide III of the Municipal Treasurer’s Office, as he officially retires from government service.

For many years, Mr. Arada has faithfully served the Municipality of Subic with dedication, integrity, and commitment. His contributions to the Treasurer’s Office have greatly supported the efficient delivery of public service and the collection of municipal revenues that help sustain programs and services for the people of Subic.

As he begins a new chapter in life, we thank him for the years of hard work and service to the Subikeños. May his retirement be filled with good health, happiness, and more time with family and loved ones.

LGU Subic proudly celebrates a significant milestone as the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office successfully conducted its on-site assessment for the accreditation of the Learning and Development and Rewards and Recognition pillars under the PRIME-HRM Program.

We are honored to share that LGU Subic has been awarded FULLY COMPLIANT status for these two pillars that completes all four pillars of PRIME-HRM.

This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support and leadership of Mayor Jon Khonghun, the dedication of the PRAISE Committee and HRDC, the active participation of all department and unit heads, and the invaluable cooperation of our LGU employees.

The HRMO extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this endeavor. Together, we continue to raise the standard of public service for the people of Subic.
