Tanong: Ano ang targeting criteria?
Sagot: •May economic risks dahil sa households na kulang ang income o kaya ang income ay below the poverty threshhold, •may Environmental and Natural Hazard Risks dahil sa likas na panganib o kalamidad na hindi proporsyonal na nakakaapekto sa mga mahihirap na kasambahayan o komunidad, •may Individual Life Cycle Risks dahil sa pangunahing development stages gaya nga pagkabata, pagbibinata, pagdadalaga at pagtanda at •may Social and Governance Risks dahil sa diskriminasyon, social exclusion at iba pa.
💰Php 70M for 5-year implementation, first tranche Php 17.5M
✔️Magkano ang share ng barangays for implementation: Malalaman palang pagkatapos ng pag identify ng mga risks at pagrank sa mga ito kung anu ano ang mga programa na tutugon sa pagmitigate ng mga risks na naidentify kung saang barangay ang apektado ng risk na ito.
✔️May atleast 20% of the grant na counterpart na manggagaling sa munisipyo at barangay in cash or in kind
📍MResT -Municipal Resilience Team -sila ang magrarank ng risks na naidentify ng community at sila ang mag identify ng PPAs to mitigate the risks.Tignan ang nasa larawan kung sinu sino ang bumubuo sa MRest.
📍Magkakaroon ng 3 barangay assemblies para sa unang hakbang at dapat mag attend ang 70% or more of the total households (1 or more representative per household)
