EMPOWERING BCPCs, PROTECTING CHILDREN! 💙
The Municipal Government of Sulat, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), successfully conducted the Capacity Enhancement Training on Diversion for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) for BCPC members on September 24–25, 2026, at Balay ni Nene, San Francisco, Sulat, Eastern Samar.
The two-day training strengthened the capacity of BCPC members in diversion, restorative justice, and child-sensitive case management, reinforcing the LGU’s commitment to protecting the rights, welfare, and future of every child.
The LGU also extends its sincere appreciation to our trained resource speakers on the conduct of Diversion:
