Isinagawa ang pagbisita sa mga nasasakupang detachment at mga patrol base sa Area of Operations (AO) sa pamumuno ng Company Commander na si 1LT P*e Jay B. Macapagal upang personal na makapanayam ang bawat tauhan at alamin ang kanilang mga hinaing, suliranin at iba pang pangangailangan.

Bahagi rin ng nasabing pagbisita ang pagbibigay ng kaukulang payo, gabay, at mga direktiba sa mga tauhan hinggil sa mahigpit na pag-iwas sa paggamit ng ilegal na droga, pagsusugal, hindi awtorisadong paglalathala o pagpo-post sa social media at iba pang gawaing labag sa umiiral na mga patakaran at regulasyon sa hanay ng Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas (AFP).

Layunin ng gawaing ito na higit pang mapatatag ang disiplina, propesyonalismo at moral ng mga tauhan, gayundin ang pagpapanatili ng maayos na pamamahala at epektibong pagpapatupad ng mga operasyon ng yunit.

The 21st Mechanized Infantry (Penetrator) Company, 2nd Mechanized Infantry Battalion, Armor Division, Philippine Army, partnered with the Provincial Local Government Unit of Maguindanao del Sur for a community activity at Kayaga Elementary School.

The activity included a medical mission that provided health services to residents and a feeding program for children and families in the barangay. This is part of the unit’s Civil-Military Operations (CMO) to strengthen ties with local communities and fulfill the Philippine Army’s mission, Serving the People and Securing the Land.

Through cooperation with provincial authorities, the 21st Mechanized Infantry Company reaffirms its commitment to helping local communities and ensuring the well-being of every Filipino.

The 21st Mechanized (PENETRATOR) Company, under the leadership of 1LT P*E JAY B MACAPAGAL (ARM) PA, Commanding Officer, actively participated in the Medical Outreach Program in coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pandag, Maguindanao del Sur, through the initiative of Hon. Mohajeran K. Balayman, Municipal Mayor of Pandag. The event was held at the Municipal Hall in Pandag, Maguindanao del Sur, on 19 January 2026.

The beneficiaries of the Medical Outreach Program were provided with a range of services, including free haircuts, circumcisions (Tuli), medical check-ups, free medication, dignity kits, hygiene kits, livelihood programs, and a feeding program.

In addition to its role in securing and safeguarding the area, the 21st Mechanized Infantry "PENETRATOR" Company actively assisted and participated in all aspects of the event. This initiative not only focused on ensuring security but also on contributing to the overall success of the program by providing critical support and fostering stronger community relations. Through its collaborative efforts with the local government, the Company helped to cultivate goodwill and reinforce the vital connection between the military and the local community.

21st Mechanized Infantry (Penetrator) Company Conducts Year-End Gathering

The 21st Mechanized Infantry (Penetrator) Company, under the leadership of 1LT P*E JAY B MACAPAGAL (ARM) PA, conducted its year-end gathering at Rakelights Beach Resort, Talisay St., Nacolil, Brgy. Lago, Glan, Sarangani Province. The activity aimed to enhance morale, strengthen unit cohesion, and promote the welfare of the company’s personnel.

The event was attended by members of the unit and their dependents and included fellowship, shared meals, the recognition of deserving personnel, and appropriate recreational activities.
The gathering provided an opportunity to acknowledge the dedication and sacrifices of the personnel and to reinforce esprit de corps within the unit.

Given the demanding nature of military service, the activity served as a means for personnel to rest, recover, and strengthen professional and personal relationships. The venue offered a suitable environment for relaxation and renewal.

The year-end gathering reaffirmed the company’s commitment to its mission and to the well-being of its personnel, recognizing that a disciplined, cohesive, and motivated unit is essential in maintaining peace and security.

As part of the continuing campaign against the proliferation of loose fi****ms, the 21st Mechanized Company, 2nd Mechanized Battalion, Armor Division, Philippine Army, under the leadership of 1LT P*E JAY B MACAPAGAL (ARM) PA, remains steadfast in its effort to support and promote peace and security within the area of operations.

One of the most invaluable assets a nation can secure is the preservation of peace and order. A community that enjoys stability becomes a safer environment for every household, fosters economic growth, and ensures a more promising future for the generations to come.

The voluntary surrender of loose fi****ms constitutes a vital measure in advancing and sustaining peace efforts. This act is not merely the physical turnover of weapons; it represents a clear expression of trust in the government, a firm commitment to preventing violence, and a deliberate step toward building a more peaceful and orderly society. Indeed, it stands as one of the most significant accomplishments a community can collectively celebrate.
