The Surallah Water District Anniversary Raffle Promo is finally back. Qualified consumers have a chance to win grocery items just by paying their bills!

For more details, please read the mechanics below:

WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN:
1. Consumers with on-time payment from January to August 2026.
2. Consumers with residential classification only.
3. Consumers who have not availed of any SWD SCF Promo and installment payment scheme.
4. SWD officials and employees are not qualified to join.

MECHANICS
1. Qualified consumers may drop their entries in the drop box at the SWD customers’ lounge starting August 3, 2026 until September 3, 2026.
a. For water bill entries: write clearly the contact number of the account holder at the back of the water bill
b. For GCash payments: the SWD cashier shall validate and process the entries
2. Draws will be conducted starting August 3, 2026 until September 3, 2026 and must be validated within two (2) working days of the draw date.
3. Validated winners will be posted on the SWD FB page – Surallah Water District PR
4. Distribution of prizes shall start on September 2, 2026
