Congratulations to the Provincial Council Against Trafficking- Violence Against Women and Their Children or PCAT-VAWC SURIGAO DEL NORTE, chaired by Governor Robert Lyndon S. Barbers, for achieving a HIGHLY FUNCTIONAL rating during the 2026 LCAT-VAWC Functionality Assessment!

Receiving the Plaque of Commendation on behalf of the province were Board Member Catherine Gopico (Chairperson, SP Committee on Women, Gender and Family Development) together with our dedicated PSWDO personnel.
