Inaanyayahang Magpatingin:
• May ubo na tumatagal ng dalawang linggo o higit pa
• May hirap sa paghinga, hika (asthma), o iba pang suliranin sa baga
• Mga bata na may paulit-ulit na ubo o problema sa paghinga
• Mga naninigarilyo o dating naninigarilyo
• Sinumang nais magpasuri ng kalusugan ng kanilang baga

Alagaan ang iyong baga at ang kalusugan ng inyong pamilya. Ang maagang pagpapasuri ay susi sa pag-iwas at maagap na paggamot sa mga sakit sa baga.

First and foremost, all honor, glory, and thanksgiving belong to our Almighty God. Without His guidance, grace, and blessings, this achievement would not have been possible.

With a grateful heart, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation to our Barangay Council, headed by Barangay Captain Anthony “Tata” Cavite, for the unwavering support and encouragement in every health and community activity of our barangay.

As Health Committee Kagawad my heartfelt thanks also go to our dedicated designated nurse, Sir Juneian Lemosionero, our hardworking designated midwife, Ma’am Grace Cristobal, and all our committed Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) headed by our Bhw Supervisor Mrs. Maricel Dupol , your passion, teamwork, and selfless service made this recognition possible.

A special thank you to all our volunteer blood donors, including the generous Palawan Staff, for taking part in our blood donation drive to help save lives.
