On ๐‘ฑ๐’–๐’๐’š 2, 2026, the Character Enhancement Program: "For the Brave" was successfully conducted at the Alegria Women's Center, attended by the regular employees and co-terminus casual employees of the Municipality of Alegria.

The program was conducted through the collaborative efforts of the Municipality of Alegria, the Municipal Human Resource Management Office (MHRMO), and the Tecton Social Development Association, Inc. of the Order of St. Michael, with the shared goal of strengthening the values of integrity, professionalism, resilience, accountability, and servant leadership among public servants.

Mayor Dominador G. Esma Jr. delivered his inspirational message, encouraging all municipal employees to uphold integrity, professionalism, and dedication in serving the people of Alegria. He emphasized that strong character is the foundation of effective public service and meaningful leadership.
