🇵🇭 OWWA Bicol awarded cheques to three (3) beneficiaries under the Balik Pinas, Balik Hanapbuhay Program (BPBH), receiving Php 20,000 each, through the efforts of the City Government of Tabaco – Migrant Resource Center (MRC) and the Talubo Tabaco OFW Federation (TTOF).
