The Tabaco City Fire Station personnel, under the leadership of FSINSP JOERES REY V OYARDO, Acting City Fire Marshal, conducted a Troop Information and Education (TI&E) Program.
FO2 Ryan S Alejo, the designated TI&E speaker, shared his experiences in the fire service and emphasized the true meaning of dedication, shown not only through words but through consistent action. He highlighted that being a firefighter requires preparedness, alertness, and mastery of skills and knowledge, especially during actual operations where every second is critical and lives are at stake.
He further underscored the importance of service, professionalism, and teamwork in every station, while stressing that trust and integrity must always be upheld in the performance of duty. These values, when practiced diligently, contribute to the growth, safety, and progress of the community we serve.
