Tabango, Leyte - August 14, 2026 - The Tabango Fire Station Personnel, under the leadership of SFO2 Samuel B Moralita Jr, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a Refresher Course on Drills and Ceremonies.

The activity aimed to reinforce the personnel’s knowledge, discipline, coordination, and proper ex*****on of standard drills and ceremonial procedures. It also emphasized the importance of teamwork, precision, uniformity, and professionalism in the performance of duties as public servants and first responders.

Through continuous training and refresher courses, the Tabango Fire Station remains committed to maintaining discipline, preparedness, and operational excellence in the delivery of fire and emergency services to the community.

Tabango, Leyte - August 13, 2026 - The Tabango Fire Station Personnel, under the leadership of SFO2 Samuel B Moralita Jr, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted Body Conditioning and Physical Exercises as part of the station’s commitment to maintaining physical fitness, strength, endurance, and operational readiness.

The activity aims to enhance the personnel’s physical capabilities and ensure they remain prepared to respond effectively to fires, emergencies, rescue operations, and other situations requiring immediate action.

3𝐫𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌𝐂 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

Tabango, Leyte - August 11, 2026 - The Tabango Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) convened its 3rd Quarter Meeting at the Conference Hall, Municipal Building, Tabango, Leyte, to discuss and strengthen the municipality's disaster preparedness and resilience initiatives.

Representing the Tabango Fire Station, SFO2 Samuel B Moralita Jr, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, actively participated in the discussions and highlighted the importance of strengthening the municipality's water supply and fire protection capability, particularly through the proposed installation of an overhead water tank in Tabarigo, The initiative aims to provide an accessible and reliable water source that can support firefighting operations and improve the community's preparedness during fire emergencies and other incidents.

The Council also reviewed the implementation of CY 2026 DRRM Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs), deliberated on the DRRM Investment Plan for CY 2027, and discussed measures to address identified gaps in the Gawad KALASAG assessment.
Through the active participation of the Tabango Fire Station, BFP continues to support the municipality's commitment to preparedness, prevention and mitigation, response, and recovery working together toward a safer, stronger, and more disaster-resilient Tabango.

Tabango, Leyte - August 10, 2026 - The Tabango Fire Station, under the leadership of SFO2 Samuel B Moralita Jr, OIC–Municipal Fire Marshal, conducted a Station Meeting to discuss important matters concerning the station's operations, programs, activities, and other relevant concerns.

The meeting provided an avenue to strengthen communication, coordination, teamwork, and camaraderie among personnel. It also served as an opportunity to address concerns, share updates, clarify responsibilities, and ensure that all personnel remain aligned with the station's goals and objectives in delivering efficient and effective fire protection and emergency response services to the community.
