📢 PAMPUBLIKONG PAALALA
Ipinababatid ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Tabuk sa lahat ng ng mga pasahero, tricycle drivers, at operators na ang post na ito ay naglalaman ng mga sumusunod na opisyal na dokumento para sa kaalaman at gabay ng publiko:
1. Executive Order No. 39, Series of 2026, na may pamagat:
“AN EXECUTIVE ORDER PROVISIONALLY INCREASING THE TRICYCLE FARE BY FIVE PESOS WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF TABUK CITY PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY GRANTED UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 004, SERIES OF 2022 AND SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD RESOLUTION NO. 136, SERIES OF 2026.”
2. Ang kasalukuyang (old) Tricycle Fare Matrix o Taripa na nakasaad sa Ordinance No. 004 Series of 2022, na magsisilbing batayan sa pagkukuwenta ng pansamantalang pamasahe.

Alinsunod sa Executive Order No. 39, Series of 2026, ang lahat ng pamasahe na nakasaad sa kasalukuyang Tricycle Fare Matrix o Taripa ay pansamantalang madaragdagan ng Limang Piso (₱5.00) sa lahat ng itinakdang ruta na nakapaloob sa nasabing ordinansa ng Lungsod ng Tabuk. Ang pansamantalang dagdag-pamasahe ay mananatiling umiiral hanggang sa pag-apruba ng bagong Tricycle Fare Matrix o sa paglalabas ng panibagong kautusan ng mga kinauukulang awtoridad.
Hinihikayat ang lahat ng tricycle operators, drivers, at mga pasahero na basahin at sundin ang mga kalakip na dokumento upang matiyak ang maayos, patas, at wastong pagpapatupad ng pansamantalang pamasahe.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY
The City Government of Tabuk reminds all tricycle drivers, operators, and the riding public to be guided by Ordinance No. 004, Series of 2022, entitled:
"An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 03, Series of 2019, Otherwise Known as 'An Ordinance Setting Tricycle Rates in Tabuk City, Kalinga and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof.'"
This ordinance prescribes the authorized tricycle fare rates within Tabuk City and imposes penalties on drivers and operators who charge fares beyond the prescribed rates.
We encourage everyone to familiarize themselves with the ordinance to ensure fair, transparent, and lawful fare collection.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

The City Business Permit and Licensing Office (CBPLO) recently received a formal complaint regarding a tricycle driver charging an unjust and over-priced fare.

In immediate response, our office summoned the tricycle driver involved for a formal mediation process. Following the discussion, the driver formally acknowledged the violation and submitted an official letter of apology, promising strictly to adhere to the regulated fare matrices moving forward.

We remind all transport sector players that charging excessive fares violates local legislation. Under Ordinance No. 004 Series of 2022, which amends Ordinance No. 03 Series of 2019 ("An Ordinance Setting Tricycle Rates in Tabuk City, Kalinga and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof"), the rules are strict.

Section 4. PENALTY CLAUSE Any Tricycle Driver/Operator charging fare beyond the prescribed rates shall be penalized, as follows:
• 1st Offense: ₱ 1,000.00
• 2nd Offense: ₱ 3,000.00
• 3rd Offense: Cancellation of Tricycle Franchise

Please note that complaints must be supported by factual and verifiable information. We cannot entertain complaints that lack sufficient details or factual basis, as due process requires adequate information before any appropriate action can be taken.

Great news, 𝑇𝑎𝑏𝑢𝑘𝑒𝑛̃𝑜𝑠!

The deadline for 2026 renewal of 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫’𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬 (𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐔𝐕 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬) in Tabuk City has been extended to 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. During the extension, penalties and surcharges shall be waived (Please note that such waiver applies only to businesses, tricycle, and PUV operators 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐓 existing delinquencies.)
