The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) invites members of the media and the public to the Press Conference on the July 2026 Labor Force Survey (Preliminary) Results on 08 September 2026 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM.

PSA Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, will present and discuss the latest labor force figures and key insights of the report.

The Batch 1 training, held on 10โ€“14 August 2026, was attended by Statistical Analyst (SA) Dave B. Iyadan, Focal Person for Fishery Surveys, and Assistant Statistician (AS) Lailanie G. Pagtud, Focal Person for Crops Surveys. Meanwhile, Batch 2, conducted on 24โ€“28 August 2026, was attended by Supervising Statistical Specialist (SSS) Randolf M. Laderas, Focal Person for Livestock and Poultry Surveys.

Validated agricultural estimates from field offices contribute essential data in measuring the Gross Value Added (GVA) of the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing (AFF) sector, which forms part of the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
