Nagkaisa at nakiisa ang mga benepisyaryo ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) ng Brgy. Magsilay sa isinagawang Brigada Eskwela sa Magsilay Elementary School bilang pagpapakita ng suporta sa paghahanda sa pasukan.

Sa pamamagitan ng bayanihan, boluntaryong pagtulong, at aktibong pakikilahok, muling ipinakita ng mga magulang at miyembro ng 4Ps ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaisa para sa mas maayos, ligtas, at handang paaralan para sa ating mga mag-aaral.

The Second Quarter Parent Leaders (PL) Meeting was successfully conducted today, May 21, 2026, at Barangay Galdang, Pasil, Kalinga. The activity focused on important updates and innovations under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), particularly the newly digitalized Beneficiary Update System (BUS), PCN/TRN updates, monitoring of NAS learners, upcoming SWDI implementation using tablets with geo-tagging features on this coming June 2026, and the transition to the new monitoring of CVs from CV forms to booklet system starting July 2026.

The 4Ps staff also emphasized the importance of close monitoring of Not Attending School (NAS) children, active participation of beneficiaries, and stronger coordination between parents, teachers, and health personnel to ensure compliance with program conditions using the newly Booklet with unique QR code.

In addition, beneficiaries were refreshed on the PANUNUMPA and were assisted in the registration of the BBM App to strengthen digital participation within the community.

The meeting concluded with the continued commitment and cooperation of all Parent Leaders and beneficiaries towards a more responsive and strengthened 4Ps implementation.

Sitio DAO, Brgy. Cagaluan | April 2026_

Empowering families through knowledge that was the goal of the recent Family Development Session conducted for 4Ps beneficiaries in Sitio DAO, Barangay Cagaluan.

With the topic Resources of Healthy Food the session focused on practical and budget-friendly ways to ensure proper nutrition for every household. Discussions led by our Municipal Link and Parent Leaders highlighted the food guide, how to identify affordable and locally available fruits and vegetables, and simple backyard or container gardening techniques using recycled materials. Beneficiaries also shared tips on preparing healthier versions of their children's favorite which is PINAKBET meals while reducing reliance on processed food.

The FDS emphasized that good nutrition is the foundation of a child's health and education. By equipping 4Ps families with knowledge on food resources, we help them make informed choices that support the growth, development, and overall well-being of their children.

Health First: 4Ps FDS Successfully Conducted in Barangay Balinciagao đź©şđź’š

Another meaningful Family Development Session (FDS) was just concluded in Barangay Balinciagao with our active 4Ps parent-beneficiaries!

This month’s FDS focused on Health and Wellness, and we were honored to have our assigned Barangay Midwife as our resource speaker.

Our beneficiaries actively participated during the open forum, raising concerns and sharing experiences. The midwife also conducted one-on-one consultations after the session for those who needed further guidance.

Thank you to our Barangay Midwife and the Barangay Health Workers of Balinciagao for your continuous support to 4Ps families. Health is wealth, and through FDS, we make sure every 4Ps household stays informed, protected, and healthy.

FDS Accomplished: 4Ps Barangay Magsilay Strengthens Compliance and Accountability đź“‹đź’š

Another productive *Family Development Session (FDS)* was successfully conducted in *Barangay Magsilay* with our dedicated 4Ps parent-beneficiaries!

Aside from the discussed topic about Health; Updates were also discussed by the assigned ML.

✅ *Updates on PCN & TRN Targets— Reminded all parent-leaders and members of the compliance requirements that must be met before the *end of April*. Timely submission ensures continuous program benefits for our families.

✅ *Follow-up on Children’s Compliance in Education and Health (CoRes) — Emphasized the importance of monitoring school attendance and health check-ups of our children-beneficiaries.

✅ *Proper Accomplishment of Forms* — Demonstrated the correct way of filling out compliance forms to ensure *smooth and accurate encoding*. Complete and correct entries = faster processing, no delays.

✅ *Program Exit Orientation* — Discussed possible *exit from the 4Ps program for households with no more monitored children as part of the program’s natural transition process. Exit does not mean abandonment — it means our families have reached a level of self-sufficiency.-ML

✅ *Special Session with NAS Children’s Parents — Our Social Welfare Assistant (SWA)* conducted one-on-one interviews with parents of *Not Attending School (NAS) children to assess current situations, identify barriers, and determine possible interventions to bring children back to school.

The 4Ps Municipal Staff actively participated in the *Barangay Assembly of Barangay Colayo* engaging with our beneficiaries and community leaders.

During the assembly, we discussed the ongoing programs and key successes of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) highlighting improved compliance in health and education, success stories from our partner-beneficiaries, and how the program continues to uplift families in Colayo.
