Sa mga kukuha po ng NBI clerance po nila for Renewal wag po nating pinduten yung yellow box po kase sa manila po didiritso mga details po ninyo, hindi nyo po makukuha ditu sa office. Kung hindi naman po alam mag online pwede po mag walk in sa office. Salamat po!

IRR for FIRST TIME JOBSEEKERS ASSISTANCE ACT. May we inform all barangays of the proper BARANGAY CERTIFICATION as required for the public to avail of free NBI Clearance for first time job seekers. Please read this for proper compliance. Barangay Certification should be free as stated in the law but there are barangays that are collecting certification fees from the applicants.

For first time job seekers, these are the requirements for free NBI Clearance. Wala pong bayad dapat ang Barangay certification and Oath of Undertaking, at nakasaad ito sa batas RA 11261 (First Time Seekers Assistance Act). Para matulungan ang mga first time job seekers natin, pakisabihan nalang po ang mga concerned Barangays. Dytoy nga forms ket excerpt from the Joint Memorandum Circular No. 001 series of 2019, Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 11261.
