STCI Library Goes Beyond Books, Equips SHS Students for the AI Era

The STCI Library Services Department proved that modern libraries do far more than manage books by launching a cutting-edge digital literacy campaign for Grade 11 students on October 11, 2026.
Breaking away from traditional boundaries, the library deployed its own IT professionals, Senior High School library staff Ms. Janielle Malda and college library staff Ms. Charlene Nagoy, to personally train students in safe internet use, educational AI tools, and advanced computer literacy. This proactive initiative builds momentum for the upcoming Book Week 2026.
To ensure no student is left behind, the library is bringing this vital training directly into each class scheduled library period, a rollout continuing through next week. By transforming classrooms into labs for ethical AI use and digital safety, the STCI Library is investing in its students' academic future, demonstrating its commitment to developing young researchers into smart, safe, and elite digital citizens.

STCI LIBRARY EXPANDS COLLABORATION: NEW LIBRARY CONSORTIUM MOA SIGNED!

Great news, Tonisian community!

On September 25, 2026, a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was officially signed between Saint Tonis College, Inc. (STCI) and Aldersgate College, Inc. (ACI), establishing a dynamic Library Consortium partnership.
Our esteemed School President, Dr. Kathleen Rose L. Guimbatan, personally represented STCI at the MOA signing ceremony held at the ACI Campus in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.

This newly formed consortium aims to enrich academic resources, promote knowledge-sharing, and elevate library services for both institutions. By opening doors to broader reference resources, we continue our commitment to supporting your academic and research needs!

In addition to resource sharing, this landmark agreement includes an Institutional Journal Exchange. Highlighting this new milestone, the initial exchange of academic journals was also successfully conducted during the MOA signing ceremony, paving the way for deeper research collaboration between our institutions.
