READ | LGRRC 8 COLLABS WITH REGION IV-A
With the strong commitment of DILG LGRRC 8 to continuously promote a culture of learning, knowledge-sharing, utilization, and support in sustaining the gains in promoting excellence in local governance, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing was conducted today, August 26, 2022 at the DILG Region IV-A Regional Office.
RD Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr. represented DILG R8 and RD Ariel O. Iglesia represented DILG R4A. ARD Atty. Darwin N. Bibar, ARD Noel R. Bartolabac, and LGCDD 8 Chief Rudith Roca witnessed the undertaking together with other DILG officials from the two regions.
In his message, RD Iglesia said, "Magandang umpisa itong ating pag-kakasunduan ngayon at parehong maging learning venue both for LGRRC IV-A and Region8. Once again, maraming salamat sa pag-consider dito sa Region IV-A, maraming salamat din sa pagbisita."
RD Escober shared, "What motivated us to really be active on finding partners on LGRRC kasi our local officials are really, very, very, hungry for knowledge that's why they are looking for LGUs with best practices na pupuntahan." He then added that he is thankful to RD Iglesia for accepting the partnership.
