More than a document, a CBA is a commitment—a renewed promise forged through dialogue, mutual understanding, and partnership.

Today, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP) and the Tacloban Coca-Cola Plant Labor Union marked another milestone in their continuing labor-management partnership with the signing of their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), benefiting 75 workers.

As shared by OIC-Regional Branch Director Jemeia Mae E. De Eyoy during her inspirational message, the CBA is proof that when labor and management sit at the same table, listen, and work toward common ground, meaningful partnership becomes possible.

Congratulations to CCEAP and the Tacloban Coca-Cola Plant Labor Union as they embark on another CBA cycle! May this renewed partnership continue to bear fruit in the years ahead.
