𝗔 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵-𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝟲𝟬

The Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay 60, through the initiative of SK Chairperson Hon. Orlando E. Ochea Jr., has proposed four landmark ordinances aimed at institutionalizing sustainable and impactful youth development programs in the barangay.

The proposed ordinances of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 60 have been unanimously approved by the Sangguniang Barangay under the leadership of Punong Barangay Hon. Milagros G. Baoy, with the full support of the Barangay Council. These measures have now been formally submitted to the Sangguniang Panlungsod Legislative Office for review, evaluation, and legal assessment in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

These proposed ordinances reflect a shared vision of strengthening grassroots governance by creating lasting programs in sports, performing arts, professional growth, and youth welfare ensuring that opportunities for every Batang Saisenta are not only initiated, but institutionalized for generations to come.
